Our Mayor Kent Muench brings Christmas Wishes to all residents in what has been a challenging and unusual year.  As a municipality, we continued to strive to improve, grow, and complete a number of projects throughout the year.  The Civic Election brought a new Council member, a new mandate toward the next 4 years and we wish Councillor Blackwell the best after his years of service.  See more in this month’s Banner.
