To Control the spread of Dutch Elm Disease (DED), the Provincial regulations prohibit pruning of elm trees from April 1-August 31 each year.  This is a critical step in ensuring DED does not spread.  Please contact us if you suspect you may have a diseased tree or if you have questions about the health of our local trees.
