The City of Martensville issues Public Notices when it must legally share information with the public. For example, a Public Notice would be issued when a bylaw is to be amended,or a special council meeting is to be held.  We also will post bid and tender opportunities  in this section.

• November 15, 2022 - Call for Quotations- Civic App Development

  The City of Martensville is considering adding an application as part of its communication tools and is looking for interested, professional, qualified, and creative firms to provide quotes and timelines to design and complete a functional, modern and efficient application (‘app’).

• October 11, 2022 - CALL FOR APPLICATIONS P4G - SASKATOON NORTH PARTNERSHIP FOR GROWTH – DISTRICT PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT MEMBER

• August 17, 2022 - Bylaw 11-2022

  Council is asked to consider amending the Future Urban Development (FUD) District along Lakeside Boulevard to R1 Residential and R2 Residential.

• July 22, 2022 - Discretionary Use - Childcare Centre - 135/139 Centennial Drive South

  The applicant is requesting Council to consider approving a Childcare Centre to be developed at 135/139 Centennial Drive South.

• June 30, 2022 - Request for Proposals for a Concept Plan for the Martensville Industrial Growth Area

  The City of Martensville desires to secure the professional services of a qualified team and invites proposals to undertake a conceptual land use design plan for approximately 500 acres of land, referred to as the Martensville Industrial Growth Area, as identified in the 2021 Official Community Plan. This concept plan will set out a guiding path for long-term growth, development, and diversification for the City. The deadline for Proposals is 5PM , July 22nd 2022.

• June 16, 2022 - Tender for the Restoration of the Pergola at the Martensville Athletic Pavilion

  The City of Martensville is requesting tenders for the restoration of the wooden pergola at the Martensville Athletic Pavilion (MAP). The pergola is built over the walkway and main entrance of the building. Bidds are due by 11AM, June 27th 2022

• April 20, 2022 - Hallway Flooring -Request for Proposals- Civic Centre

  Great Plains College and the City of Martensville are inviting proposals and qualified proponents for the installation of flooring at the Civic Centre.

• April 20, 2022 - Discretionary Use - Secondary Suite , 420 2nd Ave South

  Under the Zoning Bylaw 1-2015, property owners within 75m of the subject property are entitled to make comments regarding this application for a secondary suite to a mobile dwelling unit.

• April 20, 2022 - Request for Tender- Supply and Instalation of an Irrigation System for th Slo-pitch diamonds

  The City of Martensville is requesting tenders for the partial replacement of the irrigation system on Martensville slo-pitch diamonds. The diamonds are located in Kinsmen Park, on the East side of Mike Sands boulevard.

• February 24, 2022 - Cancellation of Tuesday March 1, 2022 Regular Council Meeting

  Please be advised that the Regular Council Meeting for Tuesday March 1, 2022 has been cancelled.

• January 21, 2022 - Discretionary Use - Pet Grooming Business

  The property owner is requesting Council to consider approving a Pet Grooming Service for a Home Based Business.

• January 04, 2022 - Special Council Meeting

  Council will be meeting to pass a motion for Administration to apply to the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
