  Council is asked to approve a Trucking Operation as a tenant in an Industrial Complex

• December 03, 2021 - Call for Application: Martensville Reprentative on the North Corman District Development Appeals Board

  Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Martensville invites its residents to consider serving on the North Corman District Development Appeals Board to fill a current vacancy to represent the City of Martensville. The North Corman District Development Appeals Board is a joint development appeals board serving the member municipalities including Martensville, Warman, Dalmeny, Osler, Langham, and the RM of Corman Park.

• November 29, 2021 - Bylaw 16-2021

  A bylaw to permit ambulance stations to locate on a property zoned industrial.

• April 23, 2021 - Concession Services at Kinsmen Park

  The City of Martensville is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to provide concession services. The request for proposals seeks parties who are interested in the rental of the concession premises at Kinsmen Park. • April 12, 2021 - City of Martensville Public Notice Official Community Plan Bylaw 2 - 2020

  Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Martensville, pursuant to Section 207 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, intends to consider a bylaw to adopt an Official Community Plan (OCP) No. 2-2020

• March 25, 2021 - Discretionary Use - Welding and Machining Shop

  Council is requested to approve the construction of a Welding and Machining Shop at 901 8th St. S.

• February 26, 2021 - Discretionary Use - Dwelling Group

  Requesting Council to approve construction of a Dwelling Group at 170 Mirond Road

• February 26, 2021 - Discretionary Use - Semi-Detached Buildings

  Requesting Council to approve construction of Semi-Detached Dwellings at 800 - 814 1st Avenue North.
