  A bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw 1-2015 - to clarify how to measure building height and to allow at Council's discretion multiple unit dwellings to increase building height by one story.

• September 19, 2019 - Discretionary Use - Home Based Custom Guitar Business

  The property owner is requesting Council to consider approving a Type 2 Home Based Business for a Custom Guitar Business.

• April 01, 2019 - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll 2019

  Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the City of Martensville for the year 2019 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Friday, April 1 - May 17, 2019.
