• October 30, 2018 - Public Notice - Council Remuneration

  City Council intends to discuss Council Remuneration at the November 13th, 2018 Committee of the Whole Meeting. The discussion will be about the changes in "one-third" federal tax exemption for elected officials.

• September 05, 2018 - Public Notice - Investment Policy Bylaw

  Council will be considering an Investment Policy Bylaw

• July 19, 2018 - Discretionary Use Dwelling Group

  The property owner is requesting Council to consider approving a Dwelling Group to be constructed.

• July 05, 2018 - Cancellation of July 10, 2018 Committee of the Whole Meeting

  The regular scheduled Committee of the Whole Meeting on July 10th, 2018 has been cancelled.

• July 04, 2018 - Public Notice - Purchasing Policy Amendment

  City Council intends to consider a motion at the Regular Council meeting to be held on Tuesday July 17th, 2018 to adopt Purchase Policy #11/92 as amended

• June 07, 2018 - Province Approves Annexation of Lands for Martensville’s Future Growth

  The City of Martensville has reached a significant point in its growth and on April 3rd , 2018, finalized the annexation of approximately 1550 acres when the municipality received the Order from the Ministry of Government Relations approving the incorporation of additional lands into Martensville’s boundaries.

• May 18, 2018 - Request for Proposals- Development of a Functional Plan for Seniors Housing and Care

  The City of Martensville is requesting qualified firms to submit proposals that will facilitate the development of a Seniors Affordable Care and Housing Project in the City of Martensville. This project will have a multi-stage care component aimed at low and moderate-income residents. Closing Date for this project is July 5th 10PM

• April 18, 2018 - Notice of Utility Rate Increase- Water Consumption Rates

  That the Council of the City of Martensville intends to consider a motion at the Regular Council meeting to be held on May 1, 2018.

• April 02, 2018 - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll 2018

  Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the City of Martensville for the year 2018 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Friday, April 2 - May 7, 2018.
