Mail-in Ballot Option
Applications for mail-in ballots are accepted between September 1 and November 13, 2024.
All eligible voters may vote by mail.
Ballots will be mailed out with instructions and need to be recieved by the Returning Officer at Martensville City Hall before 8:00 PM on Election Day (November 13, 2024) in order to be counted.
Mail-in Ballot Application Package please fill out, print off to sign, and submit:
- In-person to the Returning Officer (Carla Budnick) at Martensville City Hall - 37 Centennial Drive South
- By Mail: Returning Officer (Carla Budnick) - City of Martensville PO Box 970 Martensville SK S0K 2T0
- By Electronic means/email to the City Clerk
Mail-in Ballot application requirements:
- Form R - Voter Registration Form - The City of Martensville doesn't maintain a voters list, all eligible voters are required to fill out a registration form.
- Form C - Declaration of Person Requesting Mail-in Ballot Form.
- a copy of valid voter identification
Witnesses may be any of the following:
- the returning officer;
- the assistant returning officer;
- Commissioner of Oaths;
- a Notary Public; or
- postmaster
