The City of Martensville welcomes your business and and is committed to helping you succeed from day one. We offer numerous incentives to support new business development and reduce early-stage risks.

Development Incentive Program

Designed to encourage residential, commercial, and industrial land development, the Development Incentive Program offers property tax abatements for the establishment of shovel-ready lots.

Economic Development Business Incentive Bylaw

The Economic Development Business Incentive Bylaw supports new commercial and industrial construction by offering property owners tax abatements on new assessed improvements (the value of the new build or expansion). This incentive can be applied to new ventures or expansions. Abatement periods are contingent on investment amounts.
