The new 145,000 square foot Recreation Centre will be built on a 6.68 acre parcel of land.
The centre was designed to be constructed in ways that will provide opportunities to expand as the community grows and more infrastructure is needed. The footprint of the land is designed to accommodate two more arenas.

• Over 7,700 square feet of commercial and retail space
• 8,200 square foot lobby which can accommodate activity space and future expansion
• Reception, office, storage, mechanical and support spaces
• 200 parking stall area with additional parking to be shared with future adjacent commercial areas to the south
• Ability and space to expand the overall facility
Future Phases could include:
• A second and third ice surface
• Additional concession space
