  • Amazing Race Challenge

    The Amazing Race is a family friendly event that encourages teams of up to 4 to take part in new exciting activities that makes sure they get to see every part of Martensville! We welcome all ages, individuals, and teams to partake in an event full of exciting indoor and outdoor challenges.      

    The next Amazing Race will take place on Saturday May 7th, 2022!

  • Buster Days

    Buster Days 2021 was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came out and particapted! 

     

     

    Next year's Buster Days will only be bigger and better and will take place on June 3, 4, & 5! See you next year! 

    Buster Days is held every year dueing the first weekend in June and activities in the past have included:

    • Youth & teen swim with pizza

    • Yoga or Zumba in the Park
    • City Parade

  • Christmas Snow-tacular

    WOW! Thank you to everyone who particpated in the first Chirstmas Snow-tacular! It was a success and we had so much fun! See you nexct year!!

  • Christmas Lights

    Show us your Holiday Spirit and decorate your house! You can register your house or nominate a house you think is beautifully decorated! Email jmcculloch@martensville.ca to get your address onto the poster! Registration deadline is Dec. 18th!

     

     

  • Culture Days

    The City of Martensville invites all community members to participate in Culture Days.  Culture Days is a national celebration of arts and culture. Martensville Culture Days will offer organized events featuring free and interactive opportunities for the public to engage with culture.   • Geocaching¬†

    The next Geocaching event of the year will September 27- October 3rd! Join us on a hunt throughout Martensville! The first clue will be posted on the City of Martensville's Facebook page.

    You can’t miss this exciting outdoor experience for all ages. 

    Geocaching is the real-world treasure hunt that’s happening right now, all around you. There are over 2,500,000 active geocaches and over 6 million geocacher's worldwide.

  • Glow Skate

    Glow Skate happens every year on the last day of public skating. Grab your funkiest and brightest clothing and jam with us on the ice with glow sticks and music!

  • Halloween at the MAP

    Come out October 29th from 6:00pm-8:00pm for an evening of spooky fun at the MAP. Dress up and enjoy some Halloween themed games, crafts and activities. Get your tickets at the MAP $5/person or $15/family (max of 5 people), for more information email jmcculloch@martensville.ca

  • Lazy Man Triathlon: Martensville

    Join the challenge in 2022, Lazy Man Triathlon: Martensville! Challenge begins March 1 and ends March 31st!

    A typical triathlon consists of 3.86km (80 lap) swim, 180km bike ride, and a 42km run. We don't know about you, but that seems pretty hard to complete in a day, let a few hours! So instead, complete it at your own pace over the 31 days of March.

  • Monster Garage Sale

    The fall Monster Garage Sale will take place on September 17 & 18th! It's a great way to declutter your home and make a few extra dollars! 

    Register your house with City of Martensville and have your address distributed on Flyers throughout the city! Registrations will open August 30th and can be done at City Hall or by calling or visiting the MAP. 

     

  • Play & Skate with Santa

    Thank you to everyone who attended this year's Play&Skate with Santa. It was a huge success and we were so happy to see your faces out on the ice!

    See you in December 2021! 

     

    Play & Skate with Santa is held every December at the Sports Centre.  The event includes skating, music, and treat bags for the kids.

  • Regional Race

    The Regional Race: Run or Ride is back! This is a unique race between the City of Martensville and the City of Warman. 

    A beautiful 10km route between two sister communities through the country is a great walk/run for anyone. Kicking off in one city and connecting to the other where a brunch and shuttle service is provided. 

    Come take part in our annual Regional Race September 25th! More information will be released in August! For 2021 we will be starting in Martensville at the North Ridge Communtiy Centre and will be ending in Oasis Park in Warman.

  • Schools Out! Program

     Schools Out! Program is running all summer long at the MAP. Each day is a new theme and your child will be having fun all morning or afternoon long!

  • Wyant Group Raceway (A&W and NASCAR Events)¬†

    Wyant Group Raceway is located off Highway #12.

    The City of Martensville proudly supports Wyant Group Raceway events including the annual A&W 100 and the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Bayer Crop Sciences – Velocity Prairie Thunder 250.

  • Winter Wonderland 2021

    Winter Wonderland has offically concluded!

    Winter Wonderland would not be possible without the support of the Community Initiatives Fund.

    Thank-you.

    Winter Wonderland consisted of outdoor workshops, activities, and events for the whole family to enjoy!  Activities will vary from year to year but can include cross country skiing, ice fishing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, fort building, ice sculptures, and ice skating.

    Winter Wonderland was held over the first few months of the new year, January-March.
