City Manager
The City Manager is the administrative head of the City and is accountable to the Mayor and Council. This role ensures City operations run efficiently and that Council priorities are implemented.

Corporate Services
The Corporate Services Department is responsible for the collection, control and disbursement of all corporate funds. This includes overseeing financial and administrative functions.

Infrastructure & Operations
The Infrastructure & Operations Department oversees the operation and maintenance of the City’s core infrastructure, including water and wastewater systems, roadways, sidewalks and parks. The department is responsible for ensuring infrastructure is safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards, while supporting growth through capital planning, asset management, and ongoing service delivery to residents and businesses.

- Reviewing and managing land development applications
- Ensuring compatibility between residential, commercial, and industrial land uses
- Coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders

Recreation & Planning
The Recreation & Planning Department is responsible for the planning, delivery, and operation of all City-owned and operated recreation programs and amenities. This includes parks, playgrounds, sports fields, rental facilities, special events, and community spaces that support resident wellbeing and community connection. The Department also manages all aspects of the Cemetery, Library, pathway and park development, bylaw operation, and is the liaison with community groups on all City-related manners.
