City Council Meetings
City Council meetings are official legal meetings where City Council has jurisdiction to conduct City business, carry out transactions, and make decisions. View the 2026 Council Schedule
Committee of the Whole Meetings
These meetings allow Council additional time to examine and discuss issues in greater detail. Items reviewed at Committee of the Whole Meetings are typically brought forward to a future Council Meeting for a formal decision. City staff are present to provide background information and answer questions as needed.
Meeting Details
- Location: Council Chambers, City Hall – 37 Centennial Drive South
- Start Time: 5:00 p.m.
- Public Access: All meetings are open to the public.
Please note: Meetings or specific agenda items may be closed to the public if they involve confidential matters such as human resources or legal concerns. In such cases, the discussion may be deferred to a Committee of the Whole Meeting for further review.
Agendas
Agendas are available prior to meetings being held. Council meetings are held every 2 – 4 weeks.

Agenda Preparation
Meeting agendas are prepared by the City Clerk. You are encouraged to bring specific concerns to the attention of a City Council member or the City Manager, and may request to be placed on the agenda to make a presentation to Council.
