SEASONAL MOWING UPDATE

Martensville SK, May 27, 2026 – The City would like to advise residents that mowing operations throughout parks and green spaces are currently experiencing delays due to ongoing weather-related conditions.

Recent significant rainfall combined with warmer temperatures has resulted in grass growing more quickly than usual across the community. In addition, flooding and soft ground conditions in several areas have limited access for mowing equipment and slowed operations.

City crews are working diligently to address mowing throughout the community and will continue working to catch up as ground conditions improve and access becomes available.

Residents are thanked for their patience and understanding as staff work through these challenging conditions and continue maintaining community spaces.
