Beginning 7am Saturday October 15, 2022, the City of Martensville’s contractor will begin construction on Manor Heights. On Saturday the contractor will only be milling the edges of the street in preparation for the paving which is scheduled for 7am Tuesday October 18, 2022.

Once the milling work is complete Saturday the road will be reopened until Tuesday morning when it will be closed again for approximately one day. Please ensure your vehicle is not parked in your driveway Saturday morning and Tuesday morning as you will not be able to access your driveway until the work is completed.

Barriers will be in place when traffic is not allowed in the work area and moved off to the side when traffic is allowed. Please respect all barriers and signage and pay close attention as they could be changing daily. This schedule is weather permitting and dependent on other paving projects within the city staying on schedule. If changes arise, we will post updates on our website/social media platforms.

During construction, please park outside of the work zone. If there is room, residents will be permitted to park in the alley as long as traffic is still able to pass through.
