Road repair and paving work for a section of 4th Street South has been scheduled for Friday June 7, 2024.  The work area is on 4th Street South from Charity Cove to 9th Avenue South (shown on the diagram below). It is anticipated that the road closure will start at 7am, and the work will be completed in one
day. Please note that this schedule is dependent on weather, and updates will be provided on the City’s website if there are any changes.

Parking will not be available in the work area, and properties directly adjacent to the work area will not have driveway access during construction. If your property is affected by these parking and access restrictions, please make alternate arrangements to park outside of the work area.

Detours will be in place during construction. Drivers are asked to be mindful of all signage, barricades, and workers present during construction.   A detour plan is attached to this notice for your reference.
