The construction and paving of the intersection of Main Street and 10th Avenue has been completed and the intersection will be open to traffic starting Monday, September 4th, 2017.  The section of Main Street to the east of 10th Avenue will remain closed until construction is completed.  This is expected to take approximately 4 more weeks.

The improved intersection of Main Street and 10th Avenue is a roundabout which has been designed to allow for the safe and efficient flow of traffic and pedestrians in all directions.  For drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists who are not familiar with how to safely traverse a roundabout, there is information available from SGI.
