The Cities of Saskatoon, Martensville and Warman, the Town of Osler and the RM of Corman Park have formed the Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G).  The partners will work together to develop a Regional Plan.

The goal of the P4G Regional Plan is to ensure each municipality can benefit from growth opportunities, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs by working together.

The Plan, will consist of plans for land use, transportation, and servicing. It will also outline the funding strategies needed to implement the Plan, and propose new governance and administrative structures for the Region.

We continue to move forward in building the P4G planning district with the development of a draft District Official Community Plan (DOCP). The DOCP is essentially a more detailed version of the Regional Plan. The DOCP will replace the Regional Plan as it becomes the official planning bylaw for the P4G area.

We want to hear from you!
