    Flow Yoga

    This class involves linking several yoga poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.  The classes will effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competitiveness.  We will focus on alignment using the three-mountain format, warm-up, work phase and cool down. Be prepared to sweat a bit and leave feeling relaxed. "All levels welcome, modifications offered at each class.

    Gentle Yoga

    Practice the form of the basic yoga postures, while allowing yourself to experience a gentle slower paced class.  Attention to connecting breath mindfully to move through the postures and creating a balance for greater health and mental awareness.

    Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga is a gentle practice that uses longer holds to move deep into the body's connective tissues. The YIN practice is designed to relieve stress while the heat stimulates deep muscle release and relaxation.  This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for all levels, those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain.  It is also a great compliment to a regular yoga class.

    Zumba

    Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that will make you sweat.  Interval training at its best.  Be prepared to ditch your normal workout and join the party.  Featuring samba, meringue, reggaeton steps and more. Bring your water bottle and a towel.
