    Learn to Jog

    An indoor program progressing to the goal of jogging 3 kilometres at your own speed.  We begin with a warm-up walk of 5 minutes, a 10 minute stretch, a combination of walking and jogging intervals for 35 minutes and a 10 minute cool down and stretch.  Absolutely no competition and do everything at your own level. Bring a water bottle, small towel and indoor shoes.
