    Gentle Fitness for Older Adults Begins

    This gentle fitness class is perfect for seniors and persons with limited mobility/flexibility or may be overweight or out of shape. Exercises include basic strength training, light cardio, and some stretching to improve balance, stability and flexibility. Each class will include a variety of seated and standing exercises and some floor work. All exercises can be modified for anyone who needs to remain seated for the entire class.
