    Flow Yoga

    This class involves linking several yoga poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.  The classes will effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competitiveness.  We will focus on alignment using the three-mountain format, warm-up, work phase and cool down. Be prepared to sweat a bit and leave feeling relaxed. "All levels welcome, modifications offered at each class.
